[Sustainable Selection] Wooden Coaster / Card Holder (Discontinued Collectible)
Material: Taiwan hinoki, moso bamboo, or African beech (choose one)
Groove: approx. 12mm wide, 10mm deep
Sustainable Selection: discontinued, past-season piece
A coaster, and a card stand for your desk
This wooden base was first designed as a phone stand, but its 12mm groove can't fit today's phones in protective cases. Now it serves where it fits best: lay it flat as a coaster, and use the groove to stand business cards or thank-you notes.
Three materials, three grains
Available in three materials: Taiwan hinoki (domestic), moso bamboo, and African beech (imported). Each piece keeps its natural grain and tone; grain variation is a characteristic, not a flaw. Hand-finished with natural wood wax.
A 12mm groove, CNC-cut
The groove is about 12mm wide and 10mm deep, CNC-cut and hand-sanded in our workshop.
Coaster and small storage
- Coaster — for mugs or glasses; wipe off condensation with a dry cloth and avoid prolonged soaking.
- Card storage — the groove stands business cards or thank-you notes on a counter or desk.
- Thin phones, landscape — if your phone and case are under 12mm thick, lay it in the groove to watch videos.
Sustainable Selection: cherishing objects is a choice

Taiwan hinoki is domestic, African beech is imported, and moso bamboo is a bamboo material; they differ in color and grain.
Q: What if the coaster gets wet?
Wipe it dry with a cloth, then reapply natural beeswax following the four-step care routine.
Q: Will the grain match the photos?
Natural materials vary piece by piece, so the grain will differ from the photos.
Q: When will it ship?
In stock; ships in 2–3 business days.
